CCS Center Clamping Structure Features
Eliminates external bending and keeps the force parallel: protects molds and improves accuracy. The forces work parallel to the center of the mold: Avoiding product flash when small molds are used in large machines.
Reduces Tonnage required (tonnage loss due to deflection), this in turn reduces load on the pump, and therefore achieves better energy savings.
Completely overcomes the deformation of platens due to the balanced forces.
Ejector Stroke is not limited by toggles, easier for installation and maintenance.

USING SERVO-DRIVE SYSTEMS ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS GREATLY REDUCES
Servo-Motors are used in conjunction with hydraulic pumps to provide a product that is both high in energy savings and cost efficient. Energy consumption can be reduced from 40% up to 80% when compared to some fully hydraulic machines. Low heat is generated from servo-motor systems, extending the life of hydraulic oil and reducing the amount of water need to cool system.
